اتفق الطرفان على أن هذا الضمان يعتبر باطلا ويجب إلغاؤه في أي من الحالات التالية إذا لم يتم التشغيل الأول للمحطة من قبل فنيي الشركة. إذا تم تغيير أي جزء من المصنع دون الحصول على موافقة كتابية من الشركة. في حالة استخدام المواد الاستهلاكية والمواد الكيميائية وقطع الغيار دون موافقة الشركة خلال فترة الضمان. تأثر المحطة بالعوامل الخارجية (سيول أو صواعق أو خلل كهربائي في الخط المغذي للمحطة) عدم التزام المشغل بإجراءات التشغيل المنصوص عليها في تقرير التشغيل والصيانة. إذا كانت ملوحة البئر المغذية للمحطة تزيد على الملوحة المنصوص عليها في هذا العقد
The parties agreed that this guarantee shall be void and shall be revoked in any of the following cases If the first operation of the plant is not carried out by the company Technicians. If any part of the plant is changed without written consent of the Company. If consumables, chemicals and spare parts are used without approval of the Company in the period of the warranty. The station is affected by external factors (floods, lightning strikes, or an electrical defect in the line supplying the station) Failure of the operator to adhere to the operating– measures stipulated in the operation and maintenance report. If the salinity of the well feeding the station exceeds the salinity stipulated in this contract.
